Opposite Sides

Two different views from opposite sides of the lake that I regularly circumnavigate. The above view is from the north side, the old sandy lanes which wind around the north side and underneath is the small beach on the south side.

The north side is quieter in general, less popular with the general public due to the sandy lanes which become difficult for cycling after periods of rainfall. Which is why I spend the majority of my time on the north side where I can often spend hours without seeing anyone else and cycling throgh a boggy mess can be very enjoyable…I’m don’t think the conditions are too good for my bicycle though! 😉
