This reminds me of my childhood – helping out with the hay, laying it on racks, trampling grass in the hay wagon, little spiders intertwined in the grass, the smell of wet and fresh hay and summer and bumble bees. Thank you for evoking my senses!

Thank you Carol ! 🙂 It’s a great feeling, especially summer before the dawn, cycling to somewhere amazing. Soon I’ll be getting out there again after a rather dormant winter…I can already hear the oystercatchers and chiffchaffs calling me! 😉
